I was very happy with Martin and Mortimer, they proved value for money in that they made the effort and were very professional in their conduct. The company also had a good knowledge of the area/property I was talking about when I rang to enquire over the phone and they were happy for me to contact them late in the evening. They explained to me the reasons for the increase in their quote and I can understand this as the building was particularly large. More importantly I learnt from them new advice that I didn't know about and the gentlemen was very helpful and gave me advice in my best interest when I was considering the lease application contract, and he was
happy to deal with my solicitor on my behalf. So the price didn't matter in the end and I personally would go back to them and would recommend them to anyone anytime.

Hello Stephen,

I am writing once more to thank you. The Carpenters and I exchanged contracts yesterday and completion is on the 23rd. None of this would have happened without your good advice to both parties and I want to say a huge thank you.

I cannot imagine what you must have thought of our last conversation! It must have seemed as though I was going mad. I thought that I might be - or living in some parallel universe!
