Other work includes producing expert witness reports, dealing with boundary matters, together with general mediation and negotiation skills in situations where disputes have arisen.
His approach seeks to combine a clear understanding of a given building together with an appreciation for his client's particular criteria/requirements, where the use of various soft skills (e.g. listening and communicating) are considered highly important.

Party Wall Matters: As a practical and pragmatic party wall practitioner, Lucy’s straightforward approach is much appreciated on standard party wall jobs, which involve simple extensions and alterations. Lucy is a member of both the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and an associate member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society
Residential Surveys and Building Pathology Reports: Lucy undertakes many of our pre-purchase surveys, both Level 2 Homebuyers Reports and more detailed Level 3 Building Surveys and Valuations.
