Our I.S.O. Registration

Martin and Mortimer became an ISO 9001:2000 credited Firm in 1997 in recognition of our commitment to quality assurance. From the top down, the Firm is committed to provide a prompt and professional service to our Corporate and Private Clients.

Our systems and internal procedures are regularly audited by an independent external auditing company to ensure that we continue to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 system and those of our Clients.

In order to establish levels of Client's satisfaction we send many of our private Clients an e-mail questionnaire and ask for their comments. We do not, and will not, allow the e-mail address to be used by anyone outside the Firm nor will we use them for any direct marketing purposes.
