Mark’s original training included agriculture and Farm Management. Now, as Managing Director, having since retrained as a residential surveyor he brings previous experience to bear across disciplines including accountancy, production management and sales and marketing. This broad foundation has shaped a career that now centres on specialist surveying work including building pathology, party wall matters, boundary disputes and various expert witness instructions. He is frequently instructed for complex survey reports as well as challenging dispute resolution requests, and as such is recognised for his diplomatic yet thorough approach as a building surveyor as well as an RICS registered Mediator.
Mark cites the Soham Vision master plan during his time as a District Councillor, as one of his more notable achievements. This involved nearly four years of work where this strategic plan was successfully adopted at Full Council.
Known for a genuine interest in people as well as in property, Mark places strong emphasis on leadership, communication and constructive problem solving. His aim is to grow the business by developing the people within it. Outside work, he enjoys rowing and offshore sailing as well as public speaking.

With extensive experience refurbishing Cambridge college accommodation, restoring historic listed buildings and carrying out multiple planned preventative maintenance plans, Daniel has comprehensive knowledge of projects with historic value and the intricate detailing required. Daniel also has gained in depth knowledge in zero carbon strategies, whether that be thermal upgrades or sustainable mechanical and electrical enhancements to your existing buildings.
Daniel is a logical surveyor who thinks outside the box, gripping your projects to achieve quality through conception, design, statutory authority consents, competitive tendering, construction, commissioning, and hand over.
With a HND in structural engineering, not forgetting his first-class honours degree in building surveying, Daniel is not only confident in design but understands the intricate detailing and hard graft that goes into a project, having experienced this first-hand with his own house extension and refurbishment.
