INDEPENDENT STRUCTURAL WATERPROOFING DESIGN
We work with the design team to understand the client’s requirements, ground conditions, structural form and wider project needs. From there, we can discuss suitable waterproofing options and agree a clear waterproofing strategy for the architect and engineer to incorporate into their drawings and specifications. Once the designs are complete, we can review and approve them.
SITE INVESTIGATION
Where waterproofing failures have occurred, we can investigate the issue, assessing documentation for previously installed waterproofing systems and carrying out a site inspection; we can provide an informed opinion on the likely cause, and advise on appropriate remedial measures.
